Brilliant help from the crew behind the desk to find a way to get the correct plumbing connection for a irregular sink attachment - I made multiple trips with different parts from out sink and the gents provided very patient guidance on how to make the situation work

I always welcome new business in the neighborhood, Two hardware stores are better than one. And that's great because if 1store don't have what you need the other one has it , and if not home depot 1 mile away.

Saturday evening of Labor Day Weekend I noticed a puddle on the floor in front of the kitchen sink. After cleaning out what was under the sink the brass slip joint sprang a leak, a hole in the pipe. Sunday morning I did my research, had one of the tools and searched if any hardware stores near me were open. I called Fresh Pond Hardware which was open, and said to come over and if they had the pipe they would cut it to fit. The store had the pipe for this old DIY alleged plumber, and he cut the pipe. It was very reasonably priced. I got home but the pipe was still slightly too long. I called back, he said to come back and he'd trim it, and it worked. It reminds me of the service I had for decades at the now departed Crest Hardware of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Fresh Pond Hardware has a new customer! Thank you!

I came in needing an extremely random and hard to find piece to finish constructing my exercise bike, and Omar was incredibly helpful in finding a substitution for me that I am very positive will work out for me. I appreciate when folks who work in retail go above and beyond with their customer service!
